From the Avenue Balcony Site of Grace in Leyndell, Royal Capital, head east down the road until you reach a lift. Take the lift and head up the steps to the Capital Outskirts. Take the lift down at the end of the road and activate the Forbidden Lands Site of Grace.

Follow along the long road until you run into the Black Blade Kindred. The Grand Lift of Rold is after this boss. Use the Rold Medallion to operate the lift and access the Mountaintops of the Giants.
