Escape the Abyss is an Exploration Quest in the Syleus's Abyss 3F-4F region of Throne and Liberty (TL). Learn how to beat Wandering Soul Arbiter in Syleus's Abyss, as well as a complete walkthrough of Escape the Abyss and the rewards for finishing the quest!

Destroy a Spirit Armor
Enter Syleus's Abyss and go down to the 3rd level of the dungeon. The first room that you'll enter has a lot of Spirit Armors laying on the ground. Simply attack any Spirit Armor until its HP is fully depleted to destroy it.
Several mobs will also be present in the area, so we highly advise going in with a party or be at least level 50 if you prefer to solo.
Defeat a Wandering Soul Arbiter
Damage one of the Spirit Armors down to 50 HP and then let the wandering soul in the room take over it. Once it has transformed into the Wandering Soul Arbiter, defeat it to complete this objective.

The Collection: Expedition Records page is located beside the Syleus's Abyss 3F waypoint, which is in a room northeast of the 3rd level.
Along the way, you'll encounter a lot of undead archers that will stun you, so be sure to bring a lot of Recovery Crystals and Rare Defense Remedies.
How to Beat Wandering Soul Arbiter
- Wait for a Wandering Soul to Appear
- Damage a Spirit Armor Down to 50 HP
- Let the Wandering Soul Enter the Spirit Armor
Wait for a Wandering Soul to Appear
Before damaging the Spirit Armors, make sure a wandering soul is present in the room. If it doesn't spawn, try defeating the mobs there, then leave and re-enter the room.
Damage a Spirit Armor Down to 50 HP
Damage one of the Spirit Armors down to half HP. It will take some time to do so, as these have a lot of health. Use all your high damage skills to speed up the process.
Let the Wandering Soul Enter the Spirit Armor Before Fighting It
Once the Spirit Armor is down to half HP, the wandering soul in the room will enter it. Afterward, defeat the Wandering Soul Arbiter.
There is no special mechanic needed to beat it, as its combat abilities are pretty much the same as every other regular mob.

Syleus's Abyss 1F-2F
These quests are available once the 1st and 2nd floor of Syleus's Abyss are accessed. It is recommended to be at Level 20-24 and be in a party of 2 to challenge these floors.

- Return of the Ancient King
These quests are available once the 3rd and 4th floor of Syleus's Abyss are accessed. It is recommended to be at Level 44-48 and be in a party of 2 to challenge these floors.
