Complete the First 3 Objectives

The first part of the quest is relatively simple; first, talk to the worker at the Crematorium, then examine the corpse in the pit. Afterwards, defeat 10 Desert Cobra; they can be found near here, or near the Monolith Wastelands Waypoint to the south.

Confusingly, after you talk to the worker, he will tell you to fight Desert Cobras even before you have examined the corpse; however, you should not start fighting Desert Cobras until after you have examined the corpse in the pit, or they will not add to the required total.

Acquire Resistance Emblems on the North Side of Crematorium

From the Crematorium, proceed northeast to find the first Resistance Emblem, and then head northwest to find the next two in a straight line.

The Resistance Emblems are very small and hard to see, but when you hover over them when close, the “Resistance's Emblem” label will be clearly visible. Approach the small shining points in the sand and place your cursor over them to identify the emblems.
