Note: Base stats are always 10!
Most of the Dexterity stat will come from items for builds that use Epic items, so putting only enough points into it to reach the 70 breakpoint would suffice. The rest should be put into Perception to reach the 60 breakpoint, then Strength for the 30 breakpoint.
However, while still farming for the full build, it's best to put points to Dexterity first to help reach the 70 breakpoint.

The Longbow active skills are mainly used to poke opponents from afar to either set up a kill or force them to back off. On the other hand, the Spear active skills are used to finish off opponents or retaliate when an opponent charges.
For Longbow skills, level Zephyr's Nock first for a low-cooldown ranged poke. For Spear skills, level Vicious Fury and Cyclonic Fury for powerful burst.
The passive skills focus on maximizing the build's damage output, especially Critical Hits. Prioritize Imposing Form, Mortal Wrath, and Retaliatory Strike first for damage.

For runes, getting Critical Hit Chance and Hit Chance ensures maximum damage when fighting opponents, while Melee/Ranged/Magic Evasion and Max Health increases survivability. Moreover, Stun Chance improves Abyssal Cleave's chances of stunning targets, which is important for the skill rotation.
The rune synergies focus mainly on adding more raw stats, particularly Dexterity and Perception.

This skill rotation is mainly used to poke opponents from range without having to fully engage, chipping away their HP slowly.
Deadly Marker makes the target more susceptible to Critical Hits from the user and its allies, and each Critical Hit decreases all of their skill cooldowns by 1%.
Using Strafing three (3) times deals the initial damage as well as apply Bullseye stacks. Afterwards, firing Tornado deals damage in an area and apply Gale stacks.
Finally, Zephyr's Nock consumes all Bullseye and Gale stacks, dealing additional damage.
Decisive Bombardment and Javelin Surge are completely optional. Their purpose is to add more damage to the combo if needed.

Cyclonic Fury Quickly swings a spear while stationary to attack 5 times, dealing 120% of Base Damage +9 to the target and enemies within 4m. Each attack applies Weaken:Burst. Damage increases by 80% against monsters.

This skill rotation is used to either finish off a target after depleting their HP with the Ranged Poke combo or to counter melee opponents that jump on the user.
Unyielding Sentinel increases all CC resistances and creates a shield that absorb damage, giving some durability as the user initiates on a target with Gale Rush.
Quickly after reaching the target with Gale Rush, using Abyssal Cleave stuns the target, setting it up for Culling Arc, Brutal Fury, and Cyclonic Fury.
When using the skill rotation for countering melee opponents that charge, Gale Rush can be omitted from the combo, moving straight to stunning the opponent with Abyssal Cleave instead.
