Excavator's Mysterious Scepter is the Best Wand in Throne and Liberty. It offers Strength, allowing players to reach stat breakpoints while also increasing the amount of HP their skills heal. This synergizes well with the Weapon Skill, further increasing the HP they can recover, while the Max Mana works well with the Noble Revival Wand passive.
This weapon can be used in Healer Builds to great effect.
Best Traits For Wand
Critical Hit Chance, Heavy Attack Chance, and Hit Chance
All Wands available in the game of Uncommon rarity and above right now can have the Traits Critical Hit Chance, Heavy Hit Chance, and Hit Chance. These are the best traits to add to your weapons.
Critical Hit Chance increases the possibility that your attacks will deal max damage. Heavy Hit Chance, on the other hand, increases the chance that your attacks will deal double damage. Lastly, Hit Chance increases the chance that your attacks and status effects will hit.
Other Traits Can be Selected When Needed
Although the above traits are the best Traits to get, there are times when you may need to select other traits. Alternative traits include Max Health and Health Regen for survivability, Max Mana and Mana Regen for Mana management, and Buff Duration for Buff Uptime.
How to Play Wand
The wand is a primarily support weapon, geared towards healers. Its kit revolves around applying damage over time debuffs on enemies, as well as provide healing to injured party members. The wand's passives increases the player's healing output, while also increasing their Mana regen so that they can heal even more.

Transfer Progress from Previous Weapons
Levels and progress from your previously used weapons can be fed directly into weapons that were recently acquired. Note that weapons can be fed only to other weapons one rarity above.
