Throne and Liberty Skill Level Transfer Guide

You can transfer your skill levels to other skills in Throne and Liberty (TL). Learn how to transfer skill levels, what you need, and why you want to do this here.

How to Transfer Skill Levels

Use the Skill Swap Feature

Step How to Transfer

Select Swap
Select the skill you want to transfer levels to and press Swap in the upper left corner. You can also select the skill you will take levels from.

Select Skill to Swap With
Select the skill you want to swap levels with.

Press Skill Swap Button.
After confirming the skills that will swap levels, press the Skill Swap button.

Skill Level Swap Result
The two skill will now have swapped their levels.

You Will Need a Skill Conversion Book

To successfuly transfer a skill's level to another, you will need a Skill Conversion Book. You can get this from the Premium Shop using Lucent, or from the Battle Pass Shop using Star Crystals.

This is Not an EXP Transfer

It is important to note that this is not a Skill EXP transfer. You are not extracting the skill's level and adding it to the new skill's level. You will just be swapping their levels.

Why Should You Transfer Skill Levels?

Leveling Skills is Expensive

Lack of Materials
To level skills, you will need a lot of Skill Growth Books, as well as a lot of Sollant. As such, it is not recommended to level all of your character's skills.

Instead of trying to level all of your skills, it is more efficient to just transfer levels from skills that you will no longer use.

Makes Changing Builds Easier

Transferring skill levels is not restricted to skills from the same weapon. You can also swap skill levels with other weapon types, making swapping builds easier.

For example, if you started out using a Longbow and Wand, but decided to use Longbow and Staff later on, you can use the Skill Swap feature to transfer the levels from your Wand Skills to your Staff skills.
