This Invocator Wand and Staff PVP build for Throne and Liberty (TL) takes on the role of a Support/DPS hybrid capable of healing and bursting down groups of enemies. Damage decreases by 20% every time it transfers, and it will not transfer to a target already affected. Cooldown decreases by 20% if you’re Wet.
Inner Peace Increases Mana Regen by 400% for 6s. The skill becomes disabled if you move. The increase is doubled if you’re Wet: Mana Cost Efficiency increases by 40% for 6s after the skill is over if you’re not Wet.
High Focus Increases Cooldown Speed by 30% and Move Speed by 22% for 12s.
Judgement Lightning A lightning skill that deals 630% of Base Damage + 166. When the target is Wet, or Frosted by you, deals 420% + 110 damage up to 5 enemies within 5m. The damage is amplified by 40% against bosses. When used on an enemy Burned by you, the skill can be used again with a 2.5% chance for every 1 stack. When you land a Heavy Attack with this skill, it can be immediately used again, and when the second Judgement Lightning strikes the target as a Heavy Attack, reduces the cooldown by 30%.
Swift Healing Heals friendly targets’ Health by 310% of Base Damage + 29. Can be used up to 2 times consecutively, and Mana Cost increases upon consecutive uses.
Cursed Nightmare Fury Attack: Has an 80% chance to decrease Attack Speed and Move Speed by 30% for 3s, and Sleep: Curse for 3.2s afterwards (10s for monsters). Hitting a Sleeping target becomes a Critical Hit, and wakes the target.
Clay's Salvation Restores Health to all party members within range, proportional to 420% of Base Damage + 175.

The Wand / Staff weapon combination is an essential asset to any Guild worth a lick of salt due to its skill pool providing significant utility and damage. This Support/DPS hybrid iteration of the Wand / Staff allows you to be the crutch of your team, while opponents scramble to focus you due to your sheer value!
However, the build's squishy nature makes it vulnerable to being one-shotted by full DPS builds. That means this build requires the player to adopt a playstyle around proper positioning and situational know-how for skill usage while having full awareness of their surroundings to pilot effectively.

Always prioritize getting 50 Perception to increase the chances of your Cursed Nightmare hitting as all PVP builds will be stacking Evasion while also increasing your range so you can stay in the backline. Your buff duration also extends your Blessed Barrier for more Inbound and Outbound healing.
The second priority would be 50 Strength to increase your chances of survival when an opponent engages on you, as well as providing additional Heavy Attack Chance to synergize with Staff skills!

For the active skills, this PVP will utilize a 6/6 split between the Wand and Staff, mainly taking all of the utility from the Wand while focusing all the damage on Staff.
The Wand skills will include the infamous AoE Sleep package between Cursed Nightmare and Karmic Haze, as well as the available healing skills.
The Staff skills, on the other hand, will take up the brunt of your damage-dealing capabilities with the usual Burning DoTs and Lightning burst potential. Furthermore, High Focus, Frost Smokescreen, and Inner Peace are included to answer situational moments during a battle.
After getting all your skills into Rare, the key skills should be your focus in terms of leveling them up. Prioritize leveling your healing and utility skills first, especially Blessed Barrier and High Focus, and then proceed on to your damage skills.
The two best passives that you should prioritize leveling are Mana Amp and Devotion and Emptiness as they are flat-out bonuses without any downsides.
As a healer, it is imperative to include Noble Revival, Saint's Oath, and Selfless Soul. Including this trifecta of passives will not only allow your heals to be more impactful, but also serve as an additional means of survivability on your part.
Furthermore, PVP is all about the up-time of your skills, so including Echoic Barrier to lessen your chances of being CC'ed or silenced will improve your overall value. Remember, staying alive is the best contribution to battle!
To further amp up the build's damage, Flame Condensation and Forbidden Sanctuary are slotted in. Flame Condensation allows your burning DoTs to deal more damage as well as increase your chances of a Heavy Attack. Forbidden Sanctuary is essentially a net positive slot-in due to this build's already consistent mana economy.

The primary weapon for this build will be Excavator's Mysterious Scepter as it provides the build with a massive mana increase and an essential boost to Strength. Furthermore, this wand hones in on making the build's healing capabilities even more solid by adding in clutch potential with Excavator's Breath.
The best traits to give Excavator's Mysterious Scepter would be Hit, Max HP, and Heavy Attack. Prioritize farming for Hit, as again, other players will stack evasion and you need to hit your crucial skills to be useful.

The secondary weapon for this build will be Talus's Crystalline Staff since it provides us with a whopping +9 to Dexterity, giving us easy access to the additional 100 Critical Hit and 15 Bonus Damage.
Furthermore, Talus's Cold Stone gives us the necessary protection for when an enemy tries to get you out of the picture with CC, especially against builds like the Dagger/Greatsword. Make sure to use Frost Smokescreen afterward to get yourself out of the sticky situation.
The best traits to give Talus's Crystalline Staff would be Hit, Heavy Attack, and Critical Hit to further synergize with our Staff Skills. It is best to still prioritize Hit as it is the golden stat in PVP.

As the Wand and Staff combination is excessively reliant on their build to flourish, the following gear will focus on gathering as much Perception and Strength to reliably hit your core skills. The sub-stats with the armor will be focused on stacking as much Evasion stats as possible while keeping the thresholds of Perception and Strength in mind.
The build also utilizes some 2-part bonuses to increase its lethality. The Death set provides an additional 21% to Critical Damage, which this build reliably does so due to Cursed Nightmare + Karmic Haze. The Ghost Wolf set then slots the build with a flat damage boost due to Bonus Damage, which includes to most damage you apply.

For the Weapon Masteries, allocate your points to mastery trees that get Damage and Cooldown Speed as early as possible.
The Wand's Weaken Tree provides a huge upgrade to your skill damage as well as increases your Curse duration by a second. After the Weaken tree is maxed out, focus the remaining 6 points on the Recovery Tree until you get the additional 8% to our Skill Heals and more Heavy Attack chance!
The Staff's Destroy Tree provides additional Cooldown Speed, Skill Damage, and consistency with Critical Hits! After that, spend the remaining 6 points in the Mana Tree to cover up our Mana consumption problems.

Almost in all PVP scenarios, the essential healer of the team will always be the main target of any competent player. Utilize Lady Knight Kamarshea's mana shield as a panic button upon getting engaged since it can be the defining factor of whether or not you get eliminated.
Furthermore, the Wand and Staff combo stack Mana to a high degree, meaning the shield itself is substantial and can be maintained for longer durations. As a bonus, you will gain Cooldown Speed +40%, meaning you can fire back at the opponent that engaged on you!

Cursed Nightmare Has a 80% chance to decrease Attack Speed and Move Speed by 30% for 3s, and Sleep: Curse for 3.2s afterwards (10s for monsters). Hitting a Sleeping target becomes a Critical Hit, and wakes the target.

Karmic Haze Weakens the target and has an 80% chance to spread the Curse from the main target up to 3 other targets within a 5m range.

Judgement Lightning A lightning skill that deals 630% of Base Damage + 166. When the target is Wet, or Frosted by you, deals 420% + 110 damage up to 5 enemies within 5m. The damage is amplified by 40% against bosses. When used on an enemy Burned by you, the skill can be used again with a 2.5% chance for every 1 stack. When you land a Heavy Attack with this skill, it can be immediately used again, and when the second Judgement Lightning strikes the target as a Heavy Attack, reduces the cooldown by 30%.

The main goal of this combo is to inflict the sleep status on a group of people by spreading Cursed Nightmare using Karmic Haze. This allows you or your allies to burst them down with two guaranteed critical skills.
To increase the chances of you hitting your combo, use Victorious Energy for additional accuracy. However, only use this if you know you are safe during its cooldown as this is one of your defensive skills during hard engages.
Furthermore, depending on whether or not you have the higher DPS out of the team or when an opponent will die either way, cast down two Judgement Lightnings with the guaranteed critical from Cursed Nightmare!
Serial Fire Bombs A Fire skill that deals 120% of Base Damage + 22 damage and inflicts Weaken: Burning with an 80% chance to every enemy within 3m radius from the target. 2 Weaken: Burning is applied to the target (3, if the hit was critical). Burning lasts for 12s and deals 1% of Base Damage + 1 damage per stack per sec. Stacks up to 10 times. It can be used up to 3 times in a row. The casting time decreases and Mana cost increases as the skill is used consecutively. All Fire skills’ Weaken: Burning Damage is equal to Serial Fire Bombs.

Chain Lightning A lightning skill that deals 320% of Base Damage + 22 damage. Deals 4% increased damage per stack against a target to which you applied Burning. Damage transfers to other enemies within a 5m radius from the target up to 3 times if the target is Wet, or Frosted by you. Damage decreases by 20% every time it transfers, and it will not transfer to a target already affected. Cooldown decreases by 20% if you’re Wet.

This combo will be your bread-n'-butter skill rotation to fully capitalize on the synergy between the Burning status and Lightning Skills.
Serial Fire Bombs will be responsible for stacking the Burning Stacks so that Chain Lightning will have increased damage, while Judgement Lightning will have increased chances of being reset.
The main key for your combos is to use your Fire skills as a primer for your Lightning skills, so if you choose to slot in other damaging spells, follow this philosophy to maximize your damage.
