Guilds can have up to a maximum of 70 members. Leaders can recruit members by searching a player via the Invitation List and sending them an invite.
Alternatively, your Guild will automatically be seen by other players in the Guild menu after creating it. You can set permissions on how you want them to join. The 4 permissions are as follows:
You can join a Guild by opening the Guild menu (shortcut: G) and select Join Guild. You will then see a list of all Guilds including info such as their guild level and size. Once you find one that you like, choose Request and wait for an approval from the leader.
Members can leave a Guild by going to the guild's settings and selecting Leave Guild.
Guild Leaders have the option to disband the guild instead, kicking all members out and dissolving the guild as a whole. There will be a 10-minute timer before it takes effect should the leader change his/her mind.

All Guild members can work together to complete Guild Contracts. These are tasks ranging from defeating specific monsters, participating in Dynamic Events, or running a dungeon together.
Finishing Guild Contracts rewards members with Guild Coins that they can use to buy items from the Guild Merchant.
Guilds can inititate battle with another guild by capturing their Boonstones or Riftstones which are found all over the map. However, if a guild's ranking is lower than the other guild, then no battle will commence.
Guild Raids allow you to defeat a boss with your fellow guild members and earn rewards. Raids can be accessed through a portal in the Guild Base and your guild can only fight a boss a limited amount of times per week.
Items acquired from the boss can be distributed using the Guild Distribution feature.
Guild Merchants are found in your Guild Base and around cities. You can buy items from them such as potions and Guild Base teleport scrolls using your hard-earned Guild Coins. More items will become available in stock once your guild's level is higher.
Each time a guild member earns rewards from guild activites, they will earn Chest points for the Guild's Treasure Chest. Once the chest reaches the maximum number of points, you can open the chest and receive rewards.
All items acquired by guild members after defeating a boss will be stored in the guild's storage chest. The Guild Leader can then distribute the items among its members.
Inside the Guild Base, there are numerous facilities you can use such as the Cooking Oven where you can prepare dishes and perhaps share them to fellow guild members. There is even an arena where you can engage in friendly duels with other members.
