Crossbow / Dagger
At the top of the damage charts, the Crossbow / Dagger build reigns supreme.
The Multi-hit capabilities of the Crossbow enable quick accumuluation of Thundercloud stacks, enabling Brutal Incision to be cast quickly to detonate the stacks via the Thunderclouds Bombing specialization.
With amazing damage and excellent mobility, it's no surprise that the Crossbow/Dagger build is very popular with many parties.

Spear / Dagger
The Spear / Dagger weapon combo allows players to play very aggressive and use their mobility to blitz enemies. This build benefits from good AOE, valuable debuffs, and a healthy balance of sustain and damage, making the player act as a bruiser or off-tank.
Equipping Lightning Infusion and Thunder Spirit will allow the player to inflict the Thunderclouds debuff on enemies, stacking alongside Burst or Burning applied by the spear. This can significantly boost your damage to regular mobs and bosses.
This build requires quick skill executions and precise targeting. However, players who perform are greatly rewarded.
Best Shadowdancer Spear/Dagger Build (PvE)
Longbow / Staff
The Longbow / Staff weapon combination allows for the use of hard-hitting abilities such as Decisive Sniping and Serial Fire Bombs with significantly reduced cooldowns thanks to High Focus and Deadly Marker.
This permits a completely long-range play style, allowing players to deal damage from a safe distance.
In addition to the damage it inflicts, the weapon combination also has the ability to save teammates via Purifying Cleanse to remove selective debuffs or Salvation Chain to pull allies to safety.
Best Longbow / Staff Build (PvE)
Longbow / Crossbow
With low-cooldown skills and a plethora of multi-hit effects, this deadly combination engages in mid-range combat with the option to be stationary or mobile. Maintaining high damage isn't a problem, as skill animations can be quite fast.
High criticals and fast attack speed make this build truly shine without sacrificing mobility.
Best Longbow / Crossbow Build (PVE)
Wand / Staff
At first glance, this weapon may seem inferior compared to the other options. But don't be fooled, the Wand / Staff can deal a significant amount of damage over time via Curses, which synergizes well with the Burn Stacks inflicted by the staff's abilities.
Capable of spreading curses via Karmic Haze, the wand / staff combo is capable of dealing high damage to multiple targets, as well as AoE attacks from the Staff.
With plenty of damage options to choose from, as well as the ability to heal and mitigate damage, this build can never really go wrong.
