What Are Skills?
Skils are the backbone of every character in Throne and Liberty, dictating your character's playstyle and role. What skills you have access to are based on what weapons you have equipped.
Skills are split between Active and Passive skills. Active Skills are the ones you add to your hotbar, and must be pressed to use. Passive Skills, on the other hand, are mostly buffs that activate automatically.
You will gain access to more skills as you level up, with the powerful Special Active Skills unlocking once you reach Level 50.
How to Level Skills
Leveling or Enchanting your skills improves its effects, such as increasing the damage it does, increasing the duration of buffs, and more.
Leveling your Skills is important, as it also increases your Combat Power, allowing you to participate in harder content like Co-op Dungeons
How to Transfer Skill Levels
It is possible to transfer your Skill Levels to other skills should you decide to change your build. You will need a Skill Conversion Book to transfer skill levels, and doing so will swap the levels of two skills of your choosing.
How to Level Skills Fast
The only way to level Skills is by using Skill Growth Books. As such, farming Skill Growth Books, be it by crafting or by looting from enemies, is the quickest way to level your skills.

Skill Specialization
Skill Specialization allows you to modify the effects of your skills. Modifications include bigger damage, bigger areas of effect, and even converting the skill into a new one entirely.
Skill Specialization unlocks once you reach level 15.
