2. Find a Large Stone Crab
3. Wet the Large Stone Crab Either by Seawater or Rain
4. Defeat Large Stone Crab While It is Wet

Finish the Third Quest Objective

Before hunting down Large Stone Crabs, remember to finish the third objective in Unidentified Contaminant first.

Find a Large Stone Crab

Completing the third objective will have you in the vicinity of Windhill Shores enemies. The next objective would be to find a Large Stone Crab. Besides the name, you can rule them out from their fellow enemies by their red coloration.

Wet the Large Stone Crab Either by Seawater or Rain

If it is raining while you are doing this quest, then the Large Stone Crab is already Wet. If it is not raining, you will have to lure the Large Stone Crab into the seawater to get it Wet.

Check for the Wet Effect

On the top-left of your screen, assuming you are targeting an enemy, you can see the enemy's life bar beside your character's. Below the enemy's life bar are the Effects it has. If an enemy is Wet, you can find an icon with water drops in it.

Keep Large Stone Crab Wet

If it has stopped raining or the Large Stone Crab exits the seawater, the Wet Effect immediately disappears. Make sure to check for the Wet Effect icon while doing this quest.

Defeat Large Stone Crab While It is Wet

If it is raining, make sure to defeat the Large Stone Crab before it stops raining. If it is not raining, defeat the Large Stone Crab while it is fairly submerged in seawater. It is easy to do so on parts of Windhill Shores where the sand mildly extends downwards into the sea.
