Your current level determines which contracts are available to you in Throne and Liberty (TL). See a list of the location of all Contract Managers here.

Best Locations to Get Contracts

Will Depend on Current Level

Resistance Contracts are a good way of farming Contract Coins, Sollant, and EXP. The best locations to get contracts will depend on your level and which phase you are already in the game. Some contract managers will not offer contracts until you satisfy their level requirement.

Contract Manager Locations

Early Game Contract Locations

Early Game	Kastleton (Noss)	-
	Starlight Observatory (Ilira)	~Lv.10

For the early game, once you are in Kastleton in Laslan, you can take contracts from Noss as part of your tutorial. Once you reach a certain level, a contract manager will be available in Starlight Observatory Ruins as part of your main quest progression.

Mid Game Contract Locations

Mid Game	Vienta Village (Grimo)	~Lv. 24
	Sanctuary Oasis (Daelfen)	~Lv. 34

When you reach midgame, your contracts will come from the Stonegard region. Starting at the Vienta Village, you can expect contracts to be up to level 31. Once you reach level 34, it is recommended that you take your contracts from Sanctuary Oasis to increase your gains.

Late Game Contract Locations

	Purelight Tower (Yohan)	~Lv. 49
	Watcher's Post (Felix)	~Lv.49

Once you reach the endgame, the contracts that are best suited for you will be the northern village of Canina in Stonegard, and the two northernmost outposts in Laslan: Purelight Tower and Watcher's Post.
