Begin the quest by going to Carmine Forest and talking to Laslan Watch Captain Ruffello.

Collect Three Luminous Fluid From Lantern Spiders

Defeat Lantern Spiders

In Carmine Forest, defeat Lantern Spiders until you have collected three Luminous Fluid

Lantern Spiders Spawn at Night or Found From Spider Cocoons

Lantern Spiders are found scattered throughout Carmine Forest during the night or you can attack Spider Cocoons to spawn them anytime. Spider Cocoons are webs that protrude from the ground.

Find and Interact with a Nightmark Tree

Nightmark Tree Location

Interact with any Nightmark Tree in Carmine Forest to apply the Luminous Fluid. Go back and speak to Laslan Watch Captain Ruffello to complete the quest.
