Rare Passive Skill Growth Books can be crafted by the Skills Researcher NPC at any of Solisium's major cities. However, do note that Epic rarity items can only be crafted by Senior Skills Researcher NPCs.
Rare Passive Skill Growth Books are used to upgrade your Passive Skills from Rare to Epic Quality via the Enchant Skills menu. Each level you go up, you will need to spend an increasing amount of Rare Passive Skill Growth Books as shown in the table below:
