A Kastleton Inn Ghost Story starts by speaking with the Scared Hunter, Inn Owner, Inn Staff, and the Drunkard. After speaking with them, you will eventually enter a room on the second floor in the Kastleton Inn.

Interact with Bloodstains Inside the Inn's Room

Interact with Bloodstains

Inside the room, interact with the blood on the table to trigger a short cutscene. Observe the ghosts and interact with the bloodstain on the floor that appears after the ghosts leave.

Report the Events to the Inn Owner

Report with the Inn Owner

Exit the room and speak with the inn owner downstairs to complete the quest.
