Throne and Liberty Crossplay

Throne and Liberty (TL) supports crossplay between players of different platforms. Read on to learn how to enable or disable crossplay, and if there is cross-progression.

Is There Crossplay?

Crossplay is Available Between All Platforms

Crossplay is enabled by default for all players, and there are no options in the Settings to activate or deactivate it. This means that PC, Xbox, and PS5 players will play with or against each other automatically.

Available Platforms

Players Must Be on the Same Server

The only limitation to crossplay is that players must be using characters from the same server and world. To give an example, if a PS5 player with a character on the Asia server in the world of Elowen wants to play with a PC player, then the PC players must also have a character created in the Asia/Elowen server.

Even if you are playing from a geographically different area, you can freely choose to create a character in any server and world you want. However, you'll be risking latency and performance issues if you try to create and play with a character in the server of a different geographical region.

PS5 Players Can Play on PS5-Exclusive Servers

While no players will see any options related to cross-play in their Settings menu, PlayStation 5 players will have access to PS5-only servers so that they can restrict their gameplay experience to other PlayStation players only.

Is There Cross Progression?

No Announcements for Cross-Progression

At the time of writing, there are no announcements of cross-progression coming to Throne and Liberty. This means you cannot share an account across different platforms, and thus won't be able to share rewards between them.
