Shield Block Chance and Penetration Chance Rates

Increase Shield Block Chance to Block Enemy Attacks Often

The Shield Block Chance stat refers to the rate or how likely you can block enemy attacks using a Shield.

Take note that the block chance increases and damage taken from enemy hits are decreased after a successful block! It can also prevent CC effects, except for the Weaken debuff.

Keep Shield Block Penetration Chance at 0%

This stat refers to decreasing the chance to block an attack with a shield, and will go up once the player has been inflicted with a debuff, causing enemies to pierce through the player's defense the higher this stat's percentage is.

This can be prevented by raising your Defense stat permanently by assigning stat points, or temporarily by eating food that boosts up Defense or using Quality Defense Remedies!
