Throne and Liberty Torches, Hunters, and Traps

Plain-Running Hunter is an Exploration quest in Throne and Liberty (TL). Learn where to find pathway torches, hunters, and wolf traps for the quest, as well as the rewards for doing so.

Pathway Torches

Throne and Liberty Pathway Torch Locations

Pathway Torches are found along the left-most road in Blackhowl Plains. The quest may provide indicators of where they are on the map, but they can also be found outside the quest-indicated areas.

Light or Extinguish

Throne and Liberty Pathway Torch

Once you find a Pathway Torch, interact with it to complete the objective by pressing the F key to either light or extinguish it, depending if it is already lit up or not.

Hunters

Throne and Liberty Hunter

Hunters will spawn randomly across Blackhowl Plains. They are not that hard to find around as they stand out with their brown capes and are usually found fighting one-to-three wolves at a time.

Help the Hunter in Combat

Throne and Liberty Help Hunter

Once you find a Hunter in trouble, make sure to save them quickly as they can be defeated by the wolves if you do not act fast enough.

Accept Hunter's Reward

Throne and Liberty Hunters Pouch

After saving the Hunter, they will reward you with a Hunter's Pouch. Interact with this to complete the objective.

Wolf Traps

Throne and Liberty Wolf Trap Locations

Wolf Traps are seen all around Blackhowl Plains. The easiest one to get to is the one to the east of the Blackhowl Plains Waypoint.

Operate the Wolf Trap

Throne and Liberty Wolf Trap

Once you find a Wolf Trap, operate it by interacting with it.

Protect the Wolf Trap from Wolves

Throne and Liberty Protect Wolf Trap

After operating the Wolf Trap, expect surrounding wolves to ambush it. Protect the Wolf Trap for a certain amount of time by defeating the attacking wolves. After the ambush is finished, interact with the Wolf Trap again to complete the objective.
