Throne and Liberty - Taedal

Commander's Shadow Strike is the 10th Floor of Taedal's Tower in Throne and Liberty (TL) where you must fight Oblivion Skeleton Commander. Read on to see an overview of Oblivion Skeleton Commander as well as the possible rewards and drops upon completion!

How to Beat Oblivion Skeleton Commander

Oblivion Skeleton Commander Attack Patterns

Melee Attacks

This attack has the Oblivion Skeleton Commander swing its sword at melee range. It doesn't do much damage and can be interrupted easily using any crowd control skill.

Ranged Attacks

This attack has the Oblivion Skeleton Commander fire projectiles at your character if it's not at melee range. Much like its Melee Attacks, it doesn't do much damage and can be interrupted easily using any crowd control skill.

Stunning Projectile Fury Attack

This attack has the Oblivion Skeleton Commander fire a projectile at your character, dealing damage and stunning it for a short duration. It can easily be parried using a well-timed Defensive Skill.

Charging Fury Attack

This attack has the Oblivion Skeleton Commander charge at your character with its sword and shield, dealing damage and stunning it for a short duration. It can easily be parried using a well-timed Defensive Skill or simply by moving out of the way.

Moreover, this attack always comes shortly after the Stunning Projectile Fury Attack or the Jump Attack.

Jump Attack

This attack has the Oblivion Skeleton Commander jump in the air, then drive its sword to the ground, dealing damage in an area around it. The only way to dodge this attack is by a well-timed jump.

Charging AoE Attack

This attack has the Oblivion Skeleton Commander charge up its sword, then drive it to the ground, dealing massive area damage and stunning your character if its close to it. There's no way to avoid nor parry the attack, but moving far away from the boss while its channeling the attack will mitigate the attack's damage and allow your character to avoid getting stunned.
