Throne and Liberty (TL) released their 2025 Content Roadmap, showing the upcoming game and team updates. Read on to see their roadmap detailing all updates and future content from January to April 2025

January Updates Summary

Mastery Rework

The game's Weapon Mastery system will be receiving a rework in January. For starters, the new Mastery System will now work on both weapons, similar to how Passive Skills work. Weapon EXP will now be consolidated into one big EXP system, with each level granting 1 Mastery Point.

You can then use said Mastery Points to unlock mastery nodes with differing rarities and level, with higher rarity nodes requiring you to spend a set amount of points in lower rarity ones. The higher-level nodes will activate passive skills.

There will also be a synergy system, with each of your weapons having 8 synergies, up to a total of 16. Lastly, you will be able to transfer your mastery from weapon to weapon.

New Year Event

To celebrate the new year, there will be a New Year Event in January, although details about the event are not yet available.

February Updates Summary

One Man Dungeon

One Man Dungeons will become available in February, giving you the opportunity to farm Epic Gear and the upcoming Runes.

These dungeons will contain 8 new bosses, which will rotate weekly. The dungeons will also have 5 difficulties, with higher difficulties dropping better rewards. Runs in these dungeons will be limited, likely refreshing weekly.

February Seasonal Event

There will also be a seasonal event in February, which will likely be a Valentine's Day-themed event similar to the Halloween Event.

March Updates Summary

Interserver Siege Event

The Interserver Siege Event will be going live in March and is a Castle Siege event between servers. It can be 1v1, or 1v1v1 via the Alliance system.

Unlike the current Castle Siege where one group defends while another attacks, the two sides of the fight will take turns attacking and defending.

Spring Seasonal Event

March will also bring with it the Spring Seasonal Event, with more details becoming available once the month approaches.

April Updates Summary

12-Man Raids

The 12-man raids will be the game's hardest PvE content. This will be a weekly raid, and will have a normal and hard mode.

The 12-man raids will also introduce a new tier of gear, set to be better than gear from Tier 2 Dungeons. There will also be a new type of gear that will drop from these raids.

Guardian Leveling System

The Guardian system will receive an update in the form of a leveling system, which will improve your guardian's stats and power as you level them. The resource used to level your guardian will drop from raids.

Additionally, Guardians will also receive a new active skill, as well as even more stats care of the upcoming relationship system with your Guardian.

Lastly, more Guardians will become available, giving players more options.

Other Upcoming Updates

New Stat

A new Stat will be introduced in 2025, designed to increase your character's endurance, status resistances, magic defense, and mininum and maximum damage.

There is no official English name for this stat yet, however Indomitable is the unofficial translated term.

New Skins

New skins will be coming to Throne and Liberty in 2025, both for weapons and for players.
