Rare Active Skill Growth Book can be crafted by the Skills Researcher NPC at any of Solisium's major cities. However, do note that Epic rarity growth materials can only be crafted by Senior Skills Researcher NPCs like the one found in Stonegard Castle.
Rare Active Skill Growth Books is used to upgrade your Active Skills from Rare to Epic Quality via the Enchant Skills menu. Each level you go up, you will need to spend an increasing amount of Rare Active Skill Growth Books as shown in the table below:
