Bait can affect what fish you get when fishing in Throne and Liberty (TL). Below is a list of all the fishing bait in the game, as well as how to get them.

You can get Paste Bait by buying Fishing Bait Chests from either Contract Coin Merchants or the In-game shop using Ornate Coins. After buying the chests, open them to receive Paste Bait.

This is a chance drop, and is not guaranteed.
You have a chance of getting Worm Bait whenever you gather from a Star Tree.
You can receive Fish Fillet Bait by dissolving certain fish. This can also give you Uncommon Fish Oil.
