Counter Barrier Counter Barrier Shield Block Chance increases by 13% for 6s. Judgement Lightning Judgement Lightning A lightning skill that deals 630% of Base Damage + 166. When the target is Wet, or Frosted by you, deals 420% + 110 damage up to 5 enemies within 5m. The damage is amplified by 40% against bosses. When used on an enemy Burned by you, the skill can be used again with a 2.5% chance for every 1 stack. When you land a Heavy Attack with this skill, it can be immediately used again, and when the second Judgement Lightning strikes the target as a Heavy Attack, reduces the cooldown by 30%.

Shield Survival Technique Shield Survival Technique Defends against attacks. On defending against a Fury Attack while stationary, 270 Health regenerates, creates a shield equal to 14% of Max Health for 3s, and Shield Survival Technique changes to Retaliatory Strike for1.5s. On defending against a Fury Attack within 0.5s, increases Damage Reduction by 57 for 6s. Wrath Attacks can’t be defended. Use with the directional buttons to defend against attacks while moving 4m in the designated direction for 0.5s. On defending against a Fury or Wrath Attack, creates a shield equal to 14%/c of Max Health for 3s and Shield Survival Technique changes to Retaliatory Strike for 1.5s Retaliatory Strike: Deals 265% of Base Damage + 21 damage to the target. Defending Fury Attack with Shield Survival Technique before using Retaliatory Strike increases Retaliatory Strike damage by 65%, up to 3 times. Retaliatory Strike from the Shield Survival Technique with a directional button deals the maximum damage.

Shield Strike (Piercing Attack), Annihilating Slash, A Shot at Victory (Annihilation Blade), and Inferno Wave all deal area damage. On the other hand, Serial Fire Bombs, Chain Lightning, and Judgement Lightning can bounce to multiple targets thanks to their specializations.
Counter Barrier with the help from Aegis Shield and Stalwart Bastion provides some durability, especially while mobbing. Meanwhile, Strategic Rush with help from Morale Boost and High Focus allow for faster cooldowns.
Focus on leveling up Serial Fire Bombs, Inferno Wave, and Chain Lightning first since they serve as the build's main mobbing skills. The rest can be prioritized based on preference.
Resilient Mind, Aegis Shield, Impenetrable provide durability and survivability, especially when clearing waves. Mana Amp gives a nice amount of health and mana needed for the build while Asceticism grants mana regen.
Morale Boost is directly linked to Strategic Rush since it's the only active skill that can trigger the passive skill, allowing for faster cooldowns, especially while mobbing.
Manaball Eruption improves the build's damage output when attacking with the Staff and using projectile-based Staff skills while Forbidden Sanctuary gives Skill Damage Boost for even more damage and also decreases the mana cost of skills.
Focus on leveling up Resilient Mind, Impenetrable, Mana Amp, and Forbidden Sanctuary first to improve the build's mobbing potential.

Ascended Guardian Gloves and Ascended Guardian Pants together grants Wisdom, Damage Reduction, and Mana Cost Efficiency, which are needed for the build, with Perception and Collision Resistance as bonuses.
Divine Justiciar Shoes gives a nice amount of Wisdom and Move Speed. The accessories selected and their traits balances the build's need for durability and mana.

This acts as the build's main mob clearing or farming combo. High Focus should always be used first before casting other skills for the bonus damage and the Cooldown Speed buffs.
Serial Fire Bombs will deal the initial damage and apply Burning to targets. Inferno Wave and Chain Lightning will deal increased damage to targets inflicted with Burning.
Lightning Judgement's Guaranteed Damage Transfer skill specialization allows it to hit two enemies at once while its Guaranteed Consecutive Use enables the skill to be used twice in a row.

Inferno Wave A Fire skill that deals damage equal to 260% of Base Damage + 62 to all enemies within 3m of the target. Attacking a target that you applied Burning to will boost the damage by 3.1% per stack, with a 70% chance to apply Weaken: Burning. If you land a heavy attack on a target that applied Burning to, 2 stacks of Weaken: Burning are applied.

Counter Barrier Shield Block Chance increases by 13% for 6s. On evading an attack, using Shield Block, or blocking with a Defense skill within 1.35 times the Attack Range (4.5 times for Magic and Ranged), performs a counterattack that deals damage equal to 250% of Damage Reduction to the attacker. The counterattack damage is not affected by Critical Hit and Heavy Attack Chance.

Annihilation Blade A special growth skill that can only be grown with Precious Skill Growth Book: Omnipotence. Uses Annihilation Blade in the designated direction, dealing 730% + 51 of Base Damage to all targets within 6 times the Attack Range, and increases Sword skill damage by 20% for 6s.

Piercing Attack Deals 360% of Base Damage + 16. to the target and other enemies within a 60-degrees cone. Weakens the target with a 70% chance to decrease Magic, Melee, and Ranged Hit by 250 for 6s. Shield Strike's Melee Heavy Attack Chance increases by 20 per 1% of Shield Block Chance. On counterattacking with Counter Barrier, Shield Strike cooldown decrease by 1.3s. The target's Aggression greatly increases.

Annihilating Slash Deals damage equal to 240% of Base Damage + 14 to enemies within Attack Range. If used on a target you have Weakened, deals damage to 360% of Base Damage + 21. Annihilating Slash’s remaining cooldown decreases by 8% per damaged target.

Judgment Lightning Strikes the target with lightning that deals 630% of Base Damage + 166 damage. Using the skill on a target affected by the user's Wet or Frost effects transfers 420% + 110 damage to up to 5 nearby targets within a 5m radius. The damage is amplified by 40% against monsters. Using the skill on a target with the user's Burning effect grants a(n) 2.5% chance per stack to use the skill 2 times in a row. Landing a Heavy Attack immediately enables the second use. Landing another Heavy Attack after decreases the cooldown by 30%

This combo utilizes the skills from both weapons. High Focus should always be used first before casting other skills for the bonus damage and the Cooldown Speed buffs. Stalwart Bastion is completely optional. It's there to give a defensive boost when fightning against strong enemies, especially bosses.
Serial Fire Bombs will deal the initial damage and apply Burning to the target. Fireball Barrage's Fireball Frenzy specialization allows it fire additional projectiles against the target that's inflicted with Burning while Inferno Wave will deal increased damage to the Burned target.
Counter Barrier will increase Shield Strike's Melee Heavy Attack Chance when it's used. A Shot at Victory will deal high burst damage to the target and increase Shield Strike and Annihilating Slash's damage when they're used.
Judgment Lightning's Guaranteed Consecutive Use enables the skill to be used twice in a row for the final blow.
