One quick method to fix the Shader Optimization error is to simply restart the game. This usually fixes the problem.

Change the Shader Preloading Setting

Another method to fix the Shader Optimization error is to change the Shader Preloading setting. Open the menu, go to Settings, select the Graphics tab, then turn the Shader Preloading setting to high. Afterwards, restart the game.

Verify File Integrity

When the problem persists even when the trying out the fixes, it most likely mean that there are some corrupted files. To check the status of files, a file verification tool is needed.
