Butcher's Belt is a great belt for Tank Players, or players who can spare an equipment slot for needed defenses. It offers Damage Reduction and Weakness Resistance, the latter of which is prominent and needed in PvP.

Forbidden Arcane Chain is a good belt to use for Mage DPS players and Healers. The bonus Wisdom allows players to reach stat breakpoints, with the addition of Mana Regen to aid with Mana problems. There is also an added Silence resistance that prevents players from getting cc'd and unable to cast spells.

Forbidden Eternal Chain is a good belt for any build. Perception becomes a valuable stat going into the endgame, and this is emphasized in PvP. Max Health is also a necessary stat, which DPS players will find hard to come across in their builds.

Demonic Beast King's Belt does not offer much. Move Speed is somewhat negligible throughout most of your playthrough, and melee defense does not cover for much in PvP. There is plenty more value to be found in fully traiting Rare Belts.
