You will receive 10 Contract Rights every day, letting you do Resistance Contracts. These contracts have various rewards, such as Sollant, Rare Magic Powder, and more.

Burn Abyssal Contract Tokens

Daily Abyssal Contract Tokens
Whenever you complete Resistance Contracts, your Abyssal Contract Tokens will slowly get refilled. As you can only hold 20,000 Abyssal Contract Tokens at a time, it is ideal that you burn through around 2000-3000 of them a day.

You can do this by going to any of the Open World Dungeons and killing enemies until you have burned enough.

You don't have to use Alliance Contracts for this. Going to the upper floors of Syleus's Abyss and killing enemies for Sollant and other materials will sufifce.
