Weapon, Armor, and Accessory Growthstones are used to upgrade your Equipment in Throne and Liberty. Use lower rarity Growthstones to craft higher rarity versions when you run out while making late game upgrades.

How to Use Growth Materials

Use Equipment Enchanting for Weapons, Armor, and Accessories

You can use the Growthstones on Weapons, Armor, and Accessories by going to the Equipment Enchanting menu. Note that Weapons, Armor, and Accessories uses different Growthstones for upgrading.

Open Skills Menu for Active and Passive Skills

Active and Passive Skills can be found and upgraded in the Skills menu. Use the Active Skill Growth Books on Active Skills and use the Passive Skill Growth Books on Passive Skills to upgrade them.

Can be Crafted by Item Crafters in Major Towns

You can craft growth materials by visiting different Crafter NPCs in major towns. Find the correct crafter to make Growthstones or Skill Growth Books for your equipment and skills!

Rewards for Certain Quests

Take on different quests to get different growth materials. Following the main questline will net you tons of growth materials aside from getting huge experience points.

Try to progress the main story to make your skills and equipment stronger.

Codex Guide: All Quests

Reward for Defeating Enemies in PvE

Some enemies but mostly bosses can drop different growth materials when defeated. Wait for the timely boss events to come and participate to get growth materials and other rare items.

Can Drop when Opening Chests

You can sometimes get a growth material inside chests in the game. Not all chests will drop it, so check the content first before opening a chest if you only want to get growth materials!

Some chests will also allow you to pick one of your choosing as opposed to getting them by random.
