A few Adventure Quests in the main story will reward you with an accessory of your choosing upon completion. Pick the one that will benefit more from your current build and with a better stats than the one you currently have.

Reward for Defeating Enemies in PvE

Most enemies will drop accessories and will have a higher chance of dropping one the higher their levels are. It will be more efficient to farm them through enemies than crafting them once you reach endgame.

You can try going through high-level regions once your character can take them on to try and get Epic rarity accessories to boost your defenses. Additionally, you can try partying up with other people to make the grind easier.

Reward for Completing Lithograph Book Entries

You can get an Accessory upon completing an accessory set in the Lithograph Book. If your accessory hasn't been upgraded, and you don't have a use on it anymore, it might be better to put it in the Lithograph Book instead to

Can Drop when Opening Chests

Accessories are obtainable through certain chests, including the physical chest after the final boss in a Co-Op Dungeon. The items you can get on some chests are usually random, but some will allow you to select from the list of obtainable items in the chest.

Purchased from the Auction House Using Lucent

You can check the Auction House for accessories and buy them if have Lucent, which is Throne and Liberty's premium currency. Note that the Auction House unlocks after your character reaches Level 40.

Also, the availability and variety of the accessories will vary depending on the players in the server as the players put up the items in the Auction House.
