A great way to farm Weapon Mastery points is by defeating enemies in Open-world Dungeons. You will also need Abyssal Contract Tokens to earn weapon mastery EXP. These tokens will be deducted each time you kill a monster inside the dungeon. Abyssal Contract Tokens can be obtained by completing contract missions from Contract Managers found in major towns.
Once you're set, equip the weapons that you want to earn the mastery points for and then proceed to kill the mobs inside.
You can find Open-world dungeons on your map by looking for a stone archway icon. Some of these dungeons have PvP enabled. If it has the Conflict status right beside its name, it means player-killing is enabled inside.

Training Dews obtained from Co-Op dungeons are worth 10,000 Weapon Mastery Points. Once used, you will immediately earn weapon mastery points for your equipped weapon.
Another way to get Training Dews is by completing contracts from the Contract Manager in each town. Depending on the difficulty of the contract, you will either get the 10,000 or 1,000 points Training Dew as a reward.
Open the Weapon Skills menu (shortcut: K) and select the name of the weapon under its icon.
You will first have to spend a point on the leftmost weapon mastery. This will unlock the three branches and you can then spend succeeding weapon mastery points on any weapon mastery branch.
Weapon Masteries grant you with additional passive effects for your weapons, mostly buffs such as an increase in weapon damage and accuracy. They also will boost some of your character's stats such as more health, defense, and resistances.
