Throne and Liberty Find the Stranded Sailor Banner

A Sailor's Quest is an Exploration quest in Throne and Liberty (TL). Find out how to locate the Stranded Sailor as well as the rewards upon finishing the quest.

How to Find the Stranded Sailor

  1. Go to the Shipwreck
  2. Find the Bottle
  3. Head to the Island
  4. Go to the West of the Island
  5. Grapple Up the Pitons
  6. Read Letter Beside the Sailor

Go to the Shipwreck

Throne and Liberty Bottle Map Location

In Windhill Shores, head to the designated area on the map where the Shipwreck is.

Find the Bottle

Throne and Liberty Bottle Location

Once at the Shipwreck, find the bottle by the shore. It may be hard to spot due to its small size, but an indicator should appear when you get close to it. Interact with the bottle by pressing the F key to get the location of the Stranded Sailor.

Head to the Island

Reading the letter in the bottle will reveal the location of the Stranded Sailor, who is on an island across the shipwreck. You are given the option to either swim or board a boat in order to go there. Swimming there is much faster.

Boarding the Marind

If you do decide to board the boat, you will have to travel to the Kastleton Waypoint and head to the Kastleton Port. The Marind is at the furthest part of the port. You will have to wait for it to arrive if it is not there, and you will also have to wait for it to depart once you board.

Go to the West of the Island

However way you reach the island, it is recommended to climb up from the West side of it. There is a set of rocks that will help you climb up easier.

Grapple Up the Pitons

After climbing up a certain point, you should be able to see the Pitons. Grapple up these pitons and it is a straightforward way to the Stranded Sailor.

Read Letter Beside the Sailor

Throne and Liberty Stranded Sailor

You will find the body of the Stranded Sailor at the top of the island. Interact with the letter next to the body in order to progress through the end of the quest.

1 Read the Letter in a Bottle near the wreck under Spiral Cliff
2 Find the Stranded Sailor who wrote the letter either by boarding the Marind that regularly docks at Kastleton Port or by swimming
