Where to Find Soul Arbiter: The Abyssal Contract

The Abyssal Contract is an Adventure Quest in Throne and Liberty (TL). Read on to learn where to find Soul Arbiters and what the rewards are for completing the quest.

Where to Find Soul Arbiter
Soul Arbiters in Carmine Forest
Soul Arbiters are found sparsely scattered around Carmine Forest. They are recognizable by their bright blue and humanoid figure. They are not hostile unless attacked first. You only need to find one for The Abyssal Contract quest.
Soul Arbiters Nearby Carmine Forest Waypoint
While Soul Arbiters do not travel much, at least two of them are found reliably nearby the Carmine Forest Waypoint.
Defeating Soul Arbiter
Attack and defeat the Soul Arbiter so they can turn into a Soldier's Soul, which is when they turn from their humanod form into a floating blue sphere.
Follow Soldier's Soul
The Soldier's Soul will start to float away in a specific path. Follow the Soldier's Soul until you reach the destination.
Note: The Soldier's Soul will lead you to a path littered with enemies. While most of them will not attack you unless attacked first, the Blood Spider will attack you on-sight. Simply run away when being chased by enemies, while keeping track of the Soldier's Soul.
Get Led into Syleus's Abyss
Whichever Soul Arbiter you defeat in Carmine Forest, they will all still lead you to Syleus's Abyss.
Defeating Circe
The Soldier's Soul will lead you to Circe, who stands before the staircase going down into Syleus's Abyss. Defeat Circe to finish the objective.
Circe May Not Appear
In some cases, Circe may not appear the moment you reach the area. Activating the waypoint may cause Circe to appear if you have not activated it beforehand. If that does not work, briefly leaving the staircase area and coming back may cause Circe to appear.
