Arena

No. Issue
1 Characters will remain in the Arena if the game is closed while the match is in progress, then relaunched after the match has concluded.

Audio

No. Issue
1 Some NPC voicelines in English may be missing.
This issue is still being worked on.
2 Selecting the KR VO option will cause a Korean song to play while viewing the game credits. However, selecting any other VO language will play an instrumental song.

Characters

No. Issue
1 During character creation, you will not be able to choose a server as most servers will have the "Character Creation Locked" prompt.
As the game has just officially launched, the developers are still gradually adding in more servers as time progresses. The only solution for now is to be patient!
2 Logging out while in a Dash Morph in tight spaces will sometimes cause your character to be stuck in a wall upon logging back in.
Use the "/escape" chat command if this occurs.
3 File Browser cannot be opened in-game to upload images while using the Share Appearance or Easy Face Maker options during character customization.
You can use the QR Code options in the meantime.

Easy Anti-Cheat

1 If you are on a Windows PC and encounter the error “Easy Anti-Cheat (47)”, which kicks you out of the game and prevents logging in

Errors

1 Due to a large volume of players following the official launch, you may receive an error message "Error 10" during character creation.

2 Due to a large volume of players following the official launch, you may sometimes encounter an error preventing you from successfully logging in. Try to fully close the game and try again.

3 Some XBox players may receive a message stating "You cannot play multiplayer games online because of how your account is set up."

Game Access

No. Issue
1 Early Access to Throne and Liberty will not be available on PS5 to players in the following European countries: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, and Turkey.
Players in those countries will access the game after the official launch on October 1st.
2 Players may be unable to launch the game on Steam.
Restarting Steam may fix the issue.

Gamepad

No. Issue
1 While using a controller, the Party Member list section of the Manage Party window cannot be interacted with if opened from the Arena menu.
2 The Next Target Lock-On setting has no effect while using a controller.
3 While using a controller, the Outfit menu cannot be used after equipping a costume, leaving the menu, then re-entering.
4 Controller menu navigation may not function properly after character creation.
Relaunching the game can fix the issue.

GeForce Now

1 GeForce Now will not be available until a later date.

Purchases and Rewards

No. Issue
1 Due to a large volume of players following the official launch, Lucent wallets may temporarily show a zero balance, but your full Lucent amount is still tied to your account.
Refreshing the wallet, such as by closing and re-opening, should restore the correct Lucent balance.
2 Due to a large volume of players following the official launch, the Auction House may temporarily not open or doesn't show any products.
3 Due to a large volume of players following the official launch, the Store may temporarily show all items as being unavailable.
4 Due to a large volume of players following the official launch, the Storage Chest within the Shop may temporarily appear empty.
5 Some players haven't received their rewards from linking their Amazon Games iD or from Twitch Drops.
These rewards will be granted in the coming week.
6 Early Access Pack rewards can be found in the Storage Chest within the Store menu.
7 Some players have reported issues where their Early Access Pack rewards are not visible in the Storage Chest or their purchased items are not showing up after a successful purchase.
Closing the game completely then reopening may make the missing rewards or purchased items appear in your storage chest or inventory.

Server Transfer

1 After transferring regions, the first attempt to enter a server with a character from within a queue will fail.

Settings

No. Issue
1 Due to a large volume of players following the official launch, your settings may temporarily revert to the default, triggering the first time user experience launch flow.
Try to wait a few minutes for your prior settings to display.

Social

No. Issue
1 Profile images will not load in chat or in the top-left of the HUD.
2 On Xbox, the list of players on the "Recently Played With" list does not update after interacting with another player via voice chat.
3 The chat function will not function upon reaching Kastleton as a new character.
Relaunching the client may fix this.

Twitch Drops

No. Issue
1 Claimed Ornate Coin Twitch Drops will always state you received 50 Ornate Coins, but you will receive the correct amount originally shown when you clicked Claim Now from the Twitch Drops inventory.

UI

No. Issue
1 Due to a large volume of players following the official launch, you may get stuck on a black screen after opening the game, logging in to a character, or when creating a character.
Try waiting for 5 minutes to see if the screen loads.
2 Due to a large volume of players following the official launch, Early Access characters may not appear initially.
Confirm that you are on the correct region and restart your client.
3 The shader compilation may sometimes get stuck at 0% or not progress.
Go into the Settings and change 'Shader Preloading' to 'Low' and then restart the game.
4 After creating and logging into a character on one region, swapping to another region with no characters available will cause the character from the first region to be shown in the UI. You will not be able to log into this character on the second region.
You would need to use the Create Character option in the bottom-right to continue on the second region.
5 Various pre-rendered cutscenes are distorted or grainy.
6 Some textures may be corrupt if you are using an Intel Arc GPU.
7 After enabling the Intel XeSS option and changing the Shading Quality to Epic, bright flashes of light will sometimes appear on objects throughout Solisium.
8 Opening the Amitoi menu before the feature has been unlocked will cause Korean text to be displayed.
9 Spanish text is shown at the bottom of the fullscreen Map across all languages.
10 No UI indicator is shown when initiating matchmaking in the Arena menu on PS5.
11 Some tree textures are missing while playing on Xbox Series S.
12 The map is shown in a low resolution when playing on Xbox One S.
13 Some screen flickering can be seen on higher-end Nvidia GPUs running the latest Game Ready drivers.
As a temporary workaround, you can set the Volumetric Cloud option to High or lower to alleviate the issue. The Volumetric Cloud option can be found in Settings > Graphic Options > Quality. If this does not resolve the issue, you can install the Nvidia graphics driver version 556.12 or older to fix it.
14 The Amitoi Expedition menu within the Amitoi House displays placeholder text and cannot be interacted with. (9/27: This issue has been resolved)
