Arena

Characters

During character creation, you will not be able to choose a server as most servers will have the "Character Creation Locked" prompt. As the game has just officially launched, the developers are still gradually adding in more servers as time progresses. The only solution for now is to be patient! |

Logging out while in a Dash Morph in tight spaces will sometimes cause your character to be stuck in a wall upon logging back in. Use the "/escape" chat command if this occurs. |

File Browser cannot be opened in-game to upload images while using the Share Appearance or Easy Face Maker options during character customization. You can use the QR Code options in the meantime. |

Easy Anti-Cheat

Early Access to Throne and Liberty will not be available on PS5 to players in the following European countries: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, and Turkey. Players in those countries will access the game after the official launch on October 1st. |

Players may be unable to launch the game on Steam. Restarting Steam may fix the issue. |

Future game updates will include changes that are made intentionally and will not be considered issues. Make sure to be updated on Throne and Liberty news to not confuse intentional updates and game issues together!
Purchases and Rewards

Due to a large volume of players following the official launch, Lucent wallets may temporarily show a zero balance, but your full Lucent amount is still tied to your account. Refreshing the wallet, such as by closing and re-opening, should restore the correct Lucent balance. |

| 3 | Due to a large volume of players following the official launch, the Store may temporarily show all items as being unavailable. |

Some players haven't received their rewards from linking their Amazon Games iD or from Twitch Drops. These rewards will be granted in the coming week. |

Some players have reported issues where their Early Access Pack rewards are not visible in the Storage Chest or their purchased items are not showing up after a successful purchase. Closing the game completely then reopening may make the missing rewards or purchased items appear in your storage chest or inventory. |

Due to a large volume of players following the official launch, you may get stuck on a black screen after opening the game, logging in to a character, or when creating a character. Try waiting for 5 minutes to see if the screen loads. |

The shader compilation may sometimes get stuck at 0% or not progress. Go into the Settings and change 'Shader Preloading' to 'Low' and then restart the game. |

After creating and logging into a character on one region, swapping to another region with no characters available will cause the character from the first region to be shown in the UI. You will not be able to log into this character on the second region. You would need to use the Create Character option in the bottom-right to continue on the second region. |
| 5 | Various pre-rendered cutscenes are distorted or grainy. |
| 6 | Some textures may be corrupt if you are using an Intel Arc GPU. |
| 7 | After enabling the Intel XeSS option and changing the Shading Quality to Epic, bright flashes of light will sometimes appear on objects throughout Solisium. |
| 8 | Opening the Amitoi menu before the feature has been unlocked will cause Korean text to be displayed. |
| 9 | Spanish text is shown at the bottom of the fullscreen Map across all languages. |
| 10 | No UI indicator is shown when initiating matchmaking in the Arena menu on PS5. |
| 11 | Some tree textures are missing while playing on Xbox Series S. |
| 12 | The map is shown in a low resolution when playing on Xbox One S. |

Some screen flickering can be seen on higher-end Nvidia GPUs running the latest Game Ready drivers. As a temporary workaround, you can set the Volumetric Cloud option to High or lower to alleviate the issue. The Volumetric Cloud option can be found in Settings > Graphic Options > Quality. If this does not resolve the issue, you can install the Nvidia graphics driver version 556.12 or older to fix it. |
