Priotize reaching the 60 breakpoint for Dexterity for the Critical Hit Chance, then build up Strength to at least 50 for HP. The rest should be put into Perception to reach the 30 breakpoint for the Hit Chance.

Touch of Despair, Curse Explosion, Corrupted Magic Circle, and Javelin Surge act as the build's poking skills. Use them to slowly deplete the opponent's HP from range.
Cursed Nightmare and Abyssal Cleave are the build's setup skills for allies as well as the user.
Gale Rush, Culling Arc, Vicious Fury, and Cyclonic Fury are the skills that will be mainly used to finish off opponents that have low HP due to the DOT from the Wand skills.
Clay's Salvation and Invincible Wall are the build's utility or support skills to keep allies alive.
Full of Corruption, Mortal Wrath, Imposing Form, Fatal Precision, Retaliatory Strike, and Malice Surge are all offensive passives. These buff the user's skill damage output.
Wraith's Beckon increases Curse duration and chance, while Vampiric Contract allow allies and the user to recover HP whenever they attack targets inflicted with Curse.

This skill rotation is mainly used to finish off opponents with low HP due to the DOT Poke combo or just a finisher in general.
Cursed Nightmare, Javelin Surge, and Invincible Wall are completely optional, but they do provide extra CC, damage, and protection to the combo.
Use Gale Rush to quickly get to melee range of the opponent, then use Abyssal Cleave immediately afterwards to stun the target. While stunned, burst the target down with Culling Arc, Brutal Fury, and Cyclonic fury.
Invincible Wall Grants Protection to all party member within range, proportional to 378% of Base Damage + 148 for 6s.
