Dimensional Soul Shards are guaranteed drops from the chest you open at the end of a Level 50 Co-Op Dungeon. The Dimensional Soul Shard that drops corresponds with the boss you face at the end of the dungeon.

Reaching Levels 26, 33, 39, and 48 of the Battle Pass will reward you with a special selection chest called the Dimensional Soul Shard Selection Chest: 1 Star. When opened, it will drop one (1) Dimensional Soul Shard of your choice.
How to Use Dimensional Soul Shards
Craft Equipment Selection Chests for Guaranteed Epic Gear
You can use Dimensional Soul Shards to craft the dungeon boss' Equipment Selection Chest that contains armor and accessories. The player will have the option of selecting One (1) item from each chest they craft.
