Talk to Scared Resistance Soldier

Begin the quest by talking with the Scared Resistance Soldier found at the Taras Memorial Hall in Monolith Wastelands.

Find and Talk to the Morti Guild Advisor

Speak to Morti Guild Advisor

Travel to Vienta Village and go to the bridge in the middle to locate and speak with the Morti Guild Advisor.

Read the Black Market Contract

Black Market Contract

Speak with the Morti Guild Advisor again in Vienta Village and he will eventually drop a Black Market Contract. Interact with it to read.

Enter the Morti Guild and Defeat the Enemies

Defeat Morti Guild

Enter the Morti Guild in Vienta Village and defeat the following Morti Guild enemies and Sandflame Bandit that surround you:

  • Flame Fighter
  • Guild Leader
  • Guild Advisor
  • Guild Guardian Member

Complete the quest by returning to Monolith Wastelands and speaking with the Scared Resistance Soldier again.
