How to Expand Storage in Throne and Liberty
Storage size can be expanded by looking for the Goblins in major cities who run the storage systems. Looking at the interface, click on the + button located at the bottom right corner of the storage section.

This should cost 5,000 sollant, with every subsequent purchase costing 5,000 more than the previous one.
