Activate the Measuring Device

Throne and Liberty (TL) - Surveyor Rael and Measuring Device

Begin the quest by climbing the watch tower in Daybreak Shore and activating the Measuring Device beside Surveyor Rael after speaking with him.

Fly to Southern Rocky Isle

Throne and Liberty (TL) - Fly to Island

Immediately after activating the Measuring Device, fly towards the Southern Rocky Isle within the 25 second time limit. The island is found just in front of the device.

Arriving to the island on time will give you the White Cygnus Morph.

Return to Survivor Rael
