Dancing Giant Butcher Mechanics

Inflicts Weaken

Dancing Giant Butcher inflicts Weaken on the player, making players take more damage.

Dancing Giant Butcher Attack Patterns

Fast Fury Attack

At a distance, Dancing Giant Butcher will dash to the player before launching a Fury Attack. This can be hard to react to, so players can make it a habit to use a Defensive Skill the moment it is in range of the player.

This attack inflicts Weaken on the player. and is usually followed up with a Ranged Fury Attack.

Ranged Fury Attack

This is a Fury Attack with a long windup, after which Dancing Giant Butcher throws a knife at the player. Parry this with a Defensive Skill especially if you are Weakened.

After the Dancing Giant Butcher casts its Fast Fury Attack, it can also dash behind the player, casting the Ranged Fury Attack.

Knife Flurry Attack

Dancing Giant Butcher glows red and dashes to the center of the screen before throwing three knives at the player. The first knife weakens the player, while the second knife does damage. The third knife does even more damage, but is a Fury Attack that can be parried.
