Begin the quest by talking to the Purelight Tower Ecological Investigator Kobi. Kobi can be found at the southern part of Purelight Hill.

Collect 6 Kotori Branches or Fruits from Kotoris

Throne and Liberty (TL) - Kotori Location

Collect 6 Kotori Branches or Kotori Fruits by defeating Kotoris. The chances of the required items dropping are at random.

Return to Kobi for his next request after collecting all 6 branches or fruits.

Collect 3 Kotori Thorns from Kotoris

Throne and Liberty (TL) - Kotori Thorn

This time, collect 3 Kotori Thorns from the Kotoris. The chances of the required items dropping are at random.

Return to Kobi for his final request after collecting the thorns.

Collect a Quillix Thorn in the Nesting Grounds

Throne and Liberty (TL) - Hunt Quillix

Travel or teleport to the Nesting Grounds region in Laslan and look for a Quillix. Defeat a Quillix to collect a Quillix Thorn.

Complete the quest by returning to Purelight Hill and talking to Kobi.
