Fall, Shock, Destroy! is the 13th Floor of Taedal's Tower in Throne and Liberty (TL) where you must fight Lightning Jump Attacker. Read on to see an overview of Lightning Jump Attacker as well as the possible rewards and drops upon completion!
Lightning Jump Attacker Mechanics |
---|
At the start of the level, your character has to generate a shield by transferring the ray to the blue device. Once accomplished, the Lightning Jump Attacker will drop from the sky, and the fight can begin.
To do this, go first to the red device, then transfer the ray to the middle device, then finally to the blue device.
During the fight, the Lightning Jump Attacker will occasionally disappear to perform an unblockable AoE attack. Upon disappearing, the same three (3) devices from the start of the level will spawn again, and your character has to transfer the ray from the red device to the blue device just like before in order to generate a shield that will protect it from the AoE attack.
This mechanic is crucial in winning against the Lightning Jump Attacker as the AoE attack deals devastating damage.
This set of attacks has the Lightning Jump Attacker either stomp or punch the ground. They are slow and doesn't do much damage.
This attack has the Lightning Jump Attacker stomp the ground, creating a thunderous nova that deals AoE damage and summoning multiple lightning bolts afterwards. Getting hit by the lightning bolts stuns your character for a while, but it doesn't do any damage.
The thunderous nova can easily be parried by a well-timed Defensive skill while the lightning bolts can be avoided just by moving away from them.
This attack has the Lightning Jump Attacker disappear for a good amount of time, summon multiple lightning bolts on the arena, then fall from the sky onto the middle of the arena, creating a large shockwave that deals a ton of damage.
The attack is unblockable, and the only way to avoid the damage is by generating a shield by transferring the ray from the red device to the blue device (as mentioned in the Generate a Shield Part 2 section).
