Cleaving Moonlight Charges to a designated target up to 3m away, attacking every enemy within a 1.5m radius 3 times. Each attack deals 110% + 4, and Off-Hand Weapon Activation deals damage 4 times.
Shadow Strike Moves behind a target and deals damage equal to 200% of Base Damage. Has a 52% chance to Bind the target for 2s and apply Silence: Poison for 4s.
Frenzied Sword Dance A special growth skill that can only be grown with Precious Training Books: Omnipotence. Approach the target and deal 160% + 18 of the basic damage. Attack 7 times in quick succession. The 7 attacks will be spread out amongst all valid targets within 6m.
Knife Throwing Throws 5 daggers in the designated direction up to 4.8 times the Attack Range. Each dagger deals 60% of Base Damage, with an 80% chance of decreasing the target’s Move Speed by 26.5% and Incoming Heal by 26.5% for 6s.
Camouflage Cloak Becomes Stealthed for 3.5s, unable to be targeted. Removes all Bind and Move Speed Reduction effects. Your first attack while Stealthed is a guaranteed Critical Hit. IF you are hit, or Morph, or becomes a target of Collision, Stun, or Sleep, you will no longer be Stealthed.

In PvP, the goal of this build is to look for opponents that are grouped together and burst them with hard hitting AoE attacks. To accomplish this, the skills and specializations taken would have AoE capabilities, with mobility skills mixed in.

Block Blade Block Blade Defends against attacks. On defending against a Fury Attack while stationary, 180 Mana regenerates. On Defending against a Fury Attack within 0.5s, Block Blade changes to Poison Dagger for 3s. Wrath Attacks can’t be defended. Use with the directional buttons to defend against attacks while moving 4m to the designated direction for 0.5s. Becomes Stealthed for 3s to make yourself unable to be targeted and increase Mana Regen by 450 after defending against Fury or Wrath Attack. Block Blade changes to Poison Dagger. Thanks to Nimble Leap, this allows for engagement to be initiated in a poking style while key targets are being surveyed. Quick Fire remains a reliable source of damage, with AoE capabilities thanks to Gale.
Once the oppurtunity presents itself, players can close the distance with Shadow Strike and unleash the AOE abilities at once. Camouflage Cloak is here to prevent any interruptions, and should be saved specifically for this Burst Window.
Prioritize Strengthening Quick Fire first, as it will be used at all stages of the game, followed by the AoE abilities.
Since the build is focused on burst damage, Detection and Shadow Walker will be the only defensive passives taken, and the rest will be for damage.
Level Assassin's Insticts, Eagle Vision and Destructive Fang first, as they will increase damage dealt significantly during the leveling process. Level the rest of the passive skills later, as they will increase in value as more stats and gear are gained.

Mana Exchange will be used frequently to replenish Mana reserves, so Rex Chimaerus's Crossbows are perfect for restoring lost HP. Since this build relies heavily on off-hand weapon attacks, it's easy to trigger the passive whenever it's off cooldown.

Two pieces of the Death Set are used to increase critical damage. Stacking defensive traits is critical to increasing survivability, and this build does just that.
With a Dexterity of 50 and Perception of 60, this build is able to deal damage with a high hit rate, which allows it to end fights in a decisive manner.

6 points in the Disguise tree activates Master of Evasion, which increases all evasion, which stacks nicely with the other defensive traits provided by armor and accessories.
The rest of the points go to Assassination, as the Maddening Excitement passive is crucial for faster skill execution.
Since this build relies on mobility, 9 points are spent in the Regen tree to improve that aspect. The rest of the avaialble points goes to Chain Fire for more damage.

Given that you have the means of bursting down even groups of enemies, the enemy team will likely focus on you to mitigate your capabilities. Utilize Lady Knight Kamarshea's mana shield upon critical moments to net the positive after taking down a player.
As a bonus, you will gain Cooldown Speed +40%, meaning you can quickly refresh your safety abilities and get the jump on the next victims!
For alternatives, you can slot in Pale Nemesis Hartach if you are confident that your ability to dole out damage can consistently proc the stealth after taking out a target.

When the time is right, use Camouflage Cloak first to avoid being hindered by any form of CC. Close the gap with Shadow Strike if necessary, then immediately use Merciless Barrage to decimate the enemies. Mop up the remaining survivors with Cleaving Moonlight and Frenzied Sword Dance.

If an AoE burst is successful, it will drain the mana pool quite a bit, so Mana Exchange should be used off the cooldown to replenish the mana pool.
Selfless Diffusion should be reserved for survivability, as it has the unique ability to remove any CC already dealt. For this reason, it is recommended that Selfless Diffusion be used to escape from enemies rather than to deal damage.
