Create a New Character and Log-In

To fix the world disconnection issue, create another character using the same account, and log-in after making it.

After successfully logging in with the newly made character, force exit the game by navigating to the Task Manager and killing the app, then relaunch it again.

Log-In Your Main Character

This time, log-in using your main character and let it load in game. To know if the fix worked, try going around and playing for a few minutes.

If no disconnection notice appears, the fix worked.

No Other Known Fixes

Aside from the general troubleshooting methods such as restarting the game, restarting the computer, or reinstalling the game, there are no other known fixes aside from the methods stated above.
