Begin the quest by travelling or teleporting to the Manawastes region. Find and defeat the area's sub-boss: Evil Eye Sentry.

Throne and Liberty (TL) - Manawastes Codex Page

Collection Codex Pages are scattered throughout Solisium. Collect a page found above the ruins at the eastern side of the Manawastes by climbing and flying towards it.

Collect Two Ancient Script Litrographs

Throne and Liberty (TL) - Ancient Litrographs

Go to Malakar's spawn area found northeast of the Manawastes region. Complete the quest by interacting with two horn-like protrusions to collect the Ancient Script Litographs.
