With excellent single-target capabilities, this build focuses on maximizing damage from Serial Fire Bombs, Decisive Sniping, and Infernal Meteor. High Focus and Deadly Marker allow the skills to be used on a lower cooldown, providing excellent DPS while providing team utility.
All skills can be used at a safe distance, so as long as players position themselves well, they can take full advantage of Rapidfire Stance, Sniper Sense, and Asceticism without deviating from the optimal skill rotation.
Due to the nature of skill channeling and the varying nature of each encounter, players will need to reposition and may need to cancel skill channeling to use defensive skills. Adjustments must be made on the fly, and this may take some getting used to for the inexperienced.

For stat priority, getting to 70 Dexterity provides 280 Crit Chance, 120 Evasion, Bonus Damage, and Movement Speed, while attaining 50 Strength provides Max Health, Damage Reduction, and Heavy Atack Chance.
Focus on reaching these two stat breakpoints first, then reach 30 Perception for the increased Hit Chance. Put the rest on Wisdom afterward.

Increases Magic, Melee, and Ranged Critical Hit by 410 for 5s, if a Fury Attack was defended within 0.5s. Wrath Attacks can’t be defended. Use with the directional buttons to defend against attacks while moving 4m in the designated direction for 0.5s. On defending against a Fury or Wrath Attack, Overtaker changes to Swift Evasion for 3s. Additionally the next skill attack that hits within 5s lands as a Critical Hit. Agile Shot: Deals 360% of Base Damage + 36 if the shot was fired without moving. Use with the directional buttons to use the skill while moving. Focus on levelling Serial Fire Bombs and Decisive Sniping with the skill books first, as they will provide a decent chunk of DPS and make progression much smoother.
Spend the remaining points on Strafing and Zephyr's Nock next, as they provide decent damage as Fillers while waiting for the highest DPS skills to come off cooldown.
Use Nature's Blessing and Inner Peace to restore mana, and cancel Inner Peace's channeling with Overtaker if necessary.
As Infernal Meteor is the most damaging skill against bosses in this kit, spend all available Omnipotence skill books on it.
For passives skills, Rapidfire Stance and Asceticism are great passives to prioritize because they are triggered by the same condition.
The rest of the passives can be leveled later, especially Sniper Sense, unless the player is consistently in a group and someone else can take the front line.

This item build uses the 2-piece Shadow Harvester set for increased Critical Damage.
The choice of armour and accessories has been made to provide a smoother rotation with faster cooldowns, longer buff durations for more High Focus uptime, and longer debuff durations to make it easier to manage burn stacks from Infernal Meteor and Serial Firebombs.
Once each piece of equipment is fully upgraded, the player will be able to reach the important breakpoints of 50 Strength, and 70 Dexterity with several points to spare. Perception would be the best stat to go for more damage Hit Chance, Buff Duration, and Crowd Control Effects.

This rune loadout is geared towards offensive stats and growing your Mana pool. Take Critical Hit and Heavy Attack Chance, as these weapons benefit off these stats, especially the Staff with Heavy Attack Chance. Prioritize Max Mana for defensive runes, and Weaken Chance and Mana Cost Efficiency for support runes.

Prioritize 9 points in the check tree for the longbow, as Gale Arrowhead's reduced cooldown for all skills will increase overall dps. Reaching Critical Nock for the sniping tree will provide a decent amount of skill damage boost. Put your last point into Support for a boost to Max Health.
Getting the Destroy tree all the way to the end will also provide that all-important Cooldown Speed ▲, allowing skills to come off cooldown faster. The other 9 points can go into the Attribute tree to increase DPS from burning skills, with the last point going into Mana.

Despite Shade Revenant Stheno dealing more raw DPS, it requires the player to be close to the target in order to make all the projectiles hit, which is counterintuitive to this build's playstyle.
Lady Knight Kamarshea is the best option, as she not only provides a defensive shield, but also a significant cooldown speed boost, allowing the hardest hitting spells in this build to come off cooldown much faster.

The rotation starts with High Focus, followed by Infernal Meteor. It works best against large bosses, as their large hitboxes ensure that all the meteors hit. Infernal Meteor can be skipped for small targets.
Follow this up with Ensnaring Arrow, Nature's Blessing, and Decisive Sniping. Ensnaring Arrow is used to take advantage of the passive Steady Aim, as well as the Damage ▲ skill specialization of Decisive Sniping.
Deadly Marker is used next, to increase overall dps for the entire party.
Finish the rotation off with Serial Fire bombs, Ice Spear and Judgement Lightning. Do note that proccing a heavy attack with Judgement Lightning will allow it to be cast instantly again in a short window, so pay close attention!
If the guranteed consecutive use specialization of Judgment Lightning has been obtained, it guarantees the second cast of the skill, removing the heavy attack proc requirement.

Deadly Marker Has a 90% chance to Mark a target for 9s. When attacking the Marked target, Magic, Melee, and Ranged Critical Hit increases by 100 for you, and 100 for your party members. On every Critical Hit, you and your party members’ skill cooldowns 1% ▼. On Marking a monster, only 50% of the cooldown decreases is applied (up to 100 times).

Hellfire Rain A Fire skill which drops 12 small meteors to a randomly create 4m range radius area to deal 332% of Base Damage + 20 and adds Weaken: Burning

Ensnaring Arrow Deals 130% of Base Damage. With an 80% chance to Bind a boss for 3s. A Boss immune to Bind is instead Oppressed for the same duration.

Nature's Blessing Increases Health Regen by 380 for party members within 16m, and then boosts it by 200% and increases Mana Regen by 490 for 4s. This effect also removes 1 Weaken effect when applied.

Decisive Sniping The skill effect is enhanced based on the collection time. Deals 500% of Base Damage + 53 to 800% +84.8. The damage is amplified by 60% against bosses. On hit, increases Melee, Ranged, and Magic Critical Hit by 200 to 400 for 3s. The damage is amplified by % against bosses.

Focused Firebombs A Fire Skill that Deals 360% of Base Damage + 66 and has a 80 chance to apply 2 stacks of Weaken: Burning to all enemies within a 3m radius area from the target. The damage can be increased up to 120% based on the charging time. Stacks up to 5 times. The damage is amplified by 120% against monsters. Burning lasts for 12, and deals 1% of Base Damage + 1 per stack. Stacks up to 10 times.

Ice Spear Bombardment An Ice Skill that hurls 8 ice spears, and each spear deals damage equal to 70% of Base Damage + 7 with a(n) 80% chance to Weaken the target, which decreases Move Speed by 51% for 3s. Frost is applied.

Judgment Lightning Strikes the target with lightning that deals 630% of Base Damage + 166 damage. Using the skill on a target affected by the user's Wet or Frost effects transfers 420% + 110 damage to up to 5 nearby targets within a 5m radius. The damage is amplified by 40% against monsters. Using the skill on a target with the user's Burning effect grants a(n) 2.5% chance per stack to use the skill 2 times in a row. Landing a Heavy Attack immediately enables the second use. Landing another Heavy Attack after decreases the cooldown by 30%

This rotation prioritizes getting the Deadly Marker on the enemy as quickly as possible to maximize the DPS of the entire party.
The rotation would remain largely the same, but the player's personal DPS would suffer a bit because not all skills fit into the duration of the High Focus buff.

This rotation is used when all of the hardest hitting skills are on cooldown. Use Strafing twice to collect Gale Stacks and use Zephyr's Nock to spend them. Use Strafing for the last time, and use Zephyr's Nock again when it comes off cooldown.
The cooldown ▼ specialization on Zephyr's Nock, along with the consumption of target stacks from Deadly Marker: Target Specialization would make Zephyr's Nock available after the third Strafing cast.
Ideally, this rotation should be done when Deadly Marker is applied to the target, but may not be readily available due to cooldown restrictions.

Infernal Meteor A special growth skill that can only be grown with Precious Skill Growth Book: Omnipotence. A Fire skill that deals 830% of Base Damage + 51 damage to all enemies within 4m. If a hit becomes a heavy attack, it also applies 5 stacks of Weaken: Burning.

Inferno Wave A Fire skill that deals damage equal to 260% of Base Damage + 62 to all enemies within 3m of the target. Attacking a target that you applied Burning to will boost the damage by 3.1% per stack, with a 70% chance to apply Weaken: Burning. If you land a heavy attack on a target that applied Burning to, 2 stacks of Weaken: Burning are applied.

Chain Thunder Strikes targets with a lightning skill that deals 320% of Base Damage + 22 damage. Attacking a victim of the user's Burning increases damage by 4% per stack. The damage is amplified by 40% against monsters. Using the skill on a target with Wet or Frost inflicted by the user transfers damage to nearby targets within a 5m radius up to 3 times. Each transfer decreases damage by 20%. Transferred damage does not stack. Decreases the cooldown by 20% if the user is affected by Wet.

If the player chooses to run a mob-focused rotation, they could run an AOE-focused skill build with specializations to accommodate it.
Take advantage of specializations such as Range▲ on Serial Fire Bombs for AOE damage, Consecutive Use for Inferno Wave, and all specializations of Chain Thunder.
