Skill Upgrades

Quality Passive Skill Growth Books are used to upgrade your Passive Skills from Uncommon to Rare Quality via the Enchant Skills menu. Each level you go up, you will need to spend an increasing amount of Quality Passive Skill Growth Books.

Note: The amount of growth EXP you get will be based on the Skill Growth Rate values shown in the Enchant Skills screen. For consecutive low rolls, expect to spend at least 4 times the amount of growth material.
