National Pokedex: List of All Pokemon
| Pokemon | Types | Reason |
|---|---|---|
Staraptor
|
![]()
|
・Very high Physical Attack and good Speed ・Can be caught as Starly very early in the game ・Flying moves offer advantage against two Gym Leaders as well as one Elite Four Member |
Snorlax
|
|
・Extremely high bulk and physical attack ・Access to several non-Normal moves via TM ・Made much easier to obtain by catching Munchlax in the Grand Underground |
Best Team: Best Pokemon to Use for the Story
As Normal Types don't have any resistances over other Pokemon, and only gain STAB through Normal moves (which no Pokemon are weak to), having one in your story party is not too important. However, as Staraptor is also a Flying type with great Attack, and Snorlax is a versatile Normal type, either of these Pokemon are good additions to your team if you have an extra slot.
