Been using this for over a week now, very good, just one question, would you happen to have an item Filter for this build?
they stack, you just don't notice it because the freeze is happening. Look at the status effects under the enemy after you use voltaic and shock arrow. If you don't apply shock arrow on higher enemies, which increases chance of shock by 800%, you might not get shock status on them, and it doesn't last very long most of the time. So be quick with the combo.
Yo, I am trying this build, but somehow shocked and freeze don't stack since I got the call of the brotherhood ring. Only freeze builds up for some reason. Maybe I am missing something?
