There are three hostile Greater Potentates found patrolling in Bonny Village. Unlike most hostile NPCs, the Greater Potentates respawn after resting on a Site of Grace.

To access this area, drop down the large hole in the ground in Moorth Ruins and climb the ladder at the end of the tunnel.

The Greater Potentates do not drop anything. However, their weapon, the Bonny Butchering Knife, can be obtained within Bonny Village.
