Head northeast from the Murkwater Coast Site of Grace in the middle of Agheel River to find the Artist's Shack in Limgrave.

Inside the Artist's Shack, you'll find a painting you can interact with. Doing so will add the painting to your Inventory and give you a sidequest to find where in the game that painting was painted from.

Painting Site is Located Southwest of Agheel Lake

From the Seaside Ruins Site of Grace, head northwest around the edge of the lake until you can find a spot similar to that of the painting. You'll see the ghost of a man sitting in a chair who vanishes as he's finishing up the painting.

Reward is the Incantation Scarab Helmet

The ghost painter will leave you the Incantation Scarab Helmet, which reduces the FP cost of Incantations by a little bit.
