Devourer's Scepter Location

Defeat Knight Bernahl

You can obtain this weapon by defeating Knight Bernahl either at the Warmaster's Shack early in the game or when he invades you in Crumbling Farum Azula.

To find where he invades you, go from the Beside the Great Bridge Site of Grace. Head up the stairs and once on the bridge, go the opposite way of the Tree Sentinel and Maliketh's boss room.

Continue down that path until you reach a ladder going down towards a round gazebo at the end of a smaller bridge. Cross the bridge towards the gazebo and Bernahl will invade. However, be careful as the Beastmen inside the gazebo will also attack!
